I live in new york state,how unfortunate !
She made it to Pittsburgh and had to stay 4 night's to meet with 2 separate doctor's. After the meeting's she called me to tell me that the doctor's up here never sent copy's or link's to all the horrible test's she has had to endure for the last 8 plus year's/ I am not happy but I don't know what the Doctor's are going to do. She has severe asthma and of course when she was there it sounded ok but when she returned to Rochester the same night she had to be rushed into Rochester general and has been there till this morning. Due to her crummy healthcare they kick you out after 5 days so here we are again , with no answer's or path forward. The specialist in Pittsburgh want her off steroids to do further testing which never ends. Without steroid's she will die because her breathing is getting worse as time goes on. I am beside myself, have prayed,cryed and cryed again but to no avail. So now she has to go back on July 10th. More money and time and probably no answer's. I am really beginning to wonder about medicare and Medicaid, it seem's both do not give you the care the corporate hospital's do not want to waste on poor people. I make's me so mad to think that my own Doctor lied to me when he told me that being on medicad and medicare definitely make's a difference on how far they will go to save her if they can. She might not make it to July..so please pray and donate if you can because this is getting too expensive to support all the stuff we have to do that insurance wont cover. I want to thank all person's who gave my little girl the funds needed to travel. She has about half of it left or maybe more but It costs so much to stay there. I thank all who couldn't donate for their prayer's and I am truly humbled by your generosity for someone you don't even know. I love my daughter and want a solution so please pray for Sarah Lennon that she gets some action or a transplant if it may come up. This girl (woman) has been through and going through a nightmare that never end's. Anyways I wanted to update her condition as it stand's and Pray for me to stay stronger through this ordeal. You folks are like family to me and I Love you all.
