The sorry thing is the Dems have attached wording to further infringe on our right to privacy... The Senate is where the action will be..

is your car not considered an extension of your home, I live in ms and open carry is legal here also but your car is considered an extension of your home. just curious and thanks. bryantI still like the idea of a Federal reciprocity law. No, we should not be required to have permits to carry concealed. The fact of the matter is that we do have to live with permits. Not all states are going to make concealed carry without a permit legal. With Federal reciprocity, I can go to NY or NJ which are two states that I will not visit now. Here in Alabama, open carry is legal, no permit required. Once you get in your vehicle, that weapon is deemed to be concealed, permit required. I have permit, carry concealed or open as the weather and dress dictates.
What wording?
That's the same way I understand it.is your car not considered an extension of your home, I live in ms and open carry is legal here also but your car is considered an extension of your home. just curious and thanks. bryant![]()
Don't believe everything you hear on the blogosphere. Private property and personal property are two very different things. That's the same way I understand it.
Since both senators from Washington State are quite liberal Demonrats it may well be a waste of time and effort, but do you have the bill numbers so that I can contact them?
read this.. https://www.thejacknews.com/law/gun...oncealed-carry-reciprocity-bill-passed-house/
It is one article of many and of course Schumer and Fienstien are involved
Edit more info: https://www.facebook.com/RepThomasMassie/posts/1843059172384905
a dem would vote for a pro gun bill if they felt they had to to stay in office-anyway sounds like the fixnics would be seperated out in the senate in this billYou should know or suspect that any pro gun bill that libatards vote yes on is not in your best interests .
Quote"The bill will also advance former President Obama’s agenda of pressuring every branch of the administration (such as the Veteran’s Administration) to submit thousands of more names to the NICS background check database to deny gun purchases."I read both of your links and I see nothing that supports your statement of "Dems have attached wording to further infringe on our right to privacy". Did you read the NRA debunking of much of what Massie was claiming? Did you actually read the "fix NICS bill? Unless you are saying felons that didn't make the NICS system have some right to privacy, I don't know what wording you are talking about.
The NRA has never sold out Gun owners.......Quote"The bill will also advance former President Obama’s agenda of pressuring every branch of the administration (such as the Veteran’s Administration) to submit thousands of more names to the NICS background check database to deny gun purchases."
Just part of what I read.. It looks to me like they are trying to collect data that has been denied in the past and further limit legal gun purchases.. If Schumer and Fienstien are involved it can't be good.. At least that's what I am getting out of it..
Or are you saying Massie is full of crap?? I have heard this info from different sources.. I'd just like to know if my info is real or bogus..
EDIT: Ok I searched for the NRA response and it seems Massie is at odds with what is really going on.. My bad
