I do understand that there are issues with Raton. The NRA requests a large portion of entry fees. The Bald Eagles aren’t a local group that holds regular matches. Getting members to travel there, just to volunteer and run matches. Might not always work out. I wasn’t saying that I want it held at the same facility every year. Phoenix and Raton are easy drives for me.

I was recently informed by NRA that the 2022 F-Class Nationals will be held in Phoenix at the Ben Avery Range October 15-23, 2022. No further details at this time.

Just an FYI for those who might need advance notice for planning purposes.

Go online & take a look at the weather history for that time of year & compare it to Atterbury in August!

I'll take the 85*/17% one day drive over the 81*/78% two plus drive any day. But that's just me, others may prefer the other. Not saying I would not travel somewhere besides Phoenix for the Nationals.
