A friend was cleaning out some of his dad’s stuff and found a bunch of these in the bottom of a box. The head stamp has a T, W, 5, and 3 on it. It is 3.320” long. The head is .4695” in diameter. The bullet bass looks to be about .3085 in diameter. Anyone know what it is? It looks really cool. I was thinking 30-06. But my book says head diameter for 30-06 is .473

Looks like a 30-06 made in 1953 the black tip is armor Piercing the TW is the factory name twin city I believe
