I like the one at the Border Barrels site. However, it needs bullet dimensions that can be hard to get. Berger provides most of the data, but they also give you the twist, so about all you can do is check their calculation.

I have measured some Sierra and Nosler bullets and used the calculator. I got results which made sense.
