Twist Rate of Rem xp-100 in 223

anyone know the twist rate of these, I have a custom shop xp and was wondering what is the heaviest bullet I could use? Thanks in advance for your help.

If you have it just run a patch through it, I believe you could get a couple twist rates in them from the CS.

The Remington Custom Shop keeps very complete records of what they make - call them and give them the serial number and they can tell you.
