does anyone out there know the correct twist rate for the 17 and 20 grn bullets in 17 hmr? Is the twist rate different between the two? thanks in advance.

Nearly all barrels for the 17HMR are 9 or 10 twist, though PacNor and a few others can produce an 8-twist. We'd go with a 9-twist as that will give you some "insurance" if the ammo-makers come out with a heavier bullet at some point.
