Tumbler Cover

I'm thinking of building a cover for my vibratory tumbler to help muffle the noise.
I'm going to use a wood frame with drywall/sheet rock inside and solid foam board on the outside.
My goal is to muffle the unit, and have a box that will not burst into flames in the tumbler decides to, well, burst into flames.

Has anyone else done this? I did a few searches, but haven't found anything.

Do I need to worry about heat build up with no air flow?

Thanks,
Ross
