Has anyone used the Tubb bullet comparator? Is it measuring bearing surface or base to ogive? By using this tool can you see a measurable difference in groups?

 Measure 50 bullets, and record the measurement data, mix them back up and set them aside.  Next day measure them all again, record the data, mix them and set them aside.  Repeat this process for three more days and compare the results.  If the comparator passes this consistency test, then you have a good one!
