TSRA Long Range Championship Pictures

Turbulent Turtle

F-TR competitor
I have uploaded the TSRA pictures I took during the two day match. I want to thank my target partners who took over my scoring duties while I took pictures and helped folks with their etarget questions and issues.

I do not have pictures from the Team matches on Friday, I was kinda busy trying to not get my ash completely kicked by the girls team. Also after steering near 500 rounds on target with heavy mirage in the scope, my eyes were watering. The drive home was epic, but that's a story for another day.)

The usual conditions are in effect:
1- If you see a picture you want me to remove, PM directly with the picture number.
2- If you want to have a picture cleaned up further so you can print it, same thing; PM me the number and your email address.
3- You can download any picture you want; if you place them at your website or print them or use them for any publication purposes, you need to credit the picture to me. If it's for commercial purposes, you will probably need a release from the subject.
4- As you view the pictures at the Nikon Image Space site, do press the Wow button on the pictures you really like. That tells me what kind of pictures people like to view.

Very Nice Pictures.
Beautiful range and a great crowd.

Are there any pictures of the targets set up in the pits?

Great pictures, sorry I couldnt be there. I see from the pictures Richard was sporting the gay (Zorro gay, not the other kind)sombrero again this year. Hope someone filled in for me to give him heck for it.

Thank you all for the kind words; it makes the time spent cleaning up and enhancing the pictures worthwhile.

As of this morning, there have been almost 10,200 views, 100 wows and 312 pictures downloaded. The preferences seem to be with pictures about (in)famous people (people who are known here,) the range setup, action pictures of shooters and eclectic candid pictures. In other words, there is no immediately discernable pattern to what people like to see; you guys are easy to please (another way of saying you don't know what you like.) :)

I did not get to the pits this weekend. On Friday I was intent on team matches, Saturday morning I was registering everyone and giving out the shooter packet and the score cards. Then I was weighing the F-class rifles and stickering them; then I helped on the line and even shot the matches (not well,) and took pictures.

On Sunday morning, I was officially tired and could barely get to the firing line. We did not have any break time between matches; we just unsealed the pits long enough to have two vehicles barrel down the road on the side at each other as we swapped people in the pits. There were just a couple of people manning 23 etargets.

Next weekend, I will try to remember to take some pictures of the etarget setup as we prepare for the monthly match.
