TS Customs RimX Build - The first 1000 rounds.

Shadow banning....? Politically incorrect? Someone decided/reported that "for the betterment and safety of all" we should not be exposed to evil materiel like target groups?
 
I see 5 videos....? Which is it? None appear to be new ones as the ones shown have over 500 views...?

Shadow banning??? interesting I would think a site sponsor would be allowed such postings.

Oh well I guess I am out trying to view any videos, don't do social media stuff.

Not sure why you guys can't see it. Seems it appears for some, and not others. I'll continue to troubleshoot.

Here are the groups. 27x 5-shot groups. Avg group size: 0.260"

When I go to your main profile then choose the igtv channel the most recent video is 4 days old.

When I click the ig link above it just opens IG and doesn't point to your channel.

Yeah, apparently it's a bug on instagram. In any event, I uploaded it to youtube as you see above. :)

Very impressive rifle! ...and very informative thread...I had almost decided to get a CZ, when a friend told me to check out the Vudu. Then I ran into your post today..... I like the bolt/extractor and the ease of replacing barrels.
I do have one question... In your posted images I only seen the very pricey ammo and was wondering if you had tried any CCI ammunition?

I have not. Only Eley, Lapua, and RWS. I've had poor luck with CCI, as it typically doesn't provide the kind of accuracy or precision that I'm looking for.

Of the ammunition you used with this rifle, was it standard velocity, or were any of the groups done with 1140 - 1200 fps or faster? I didn't notice in your images, but have you any experience with Eley Force 1250fps

I’ve used only Eley match eps, Eley tenex, lapua polar biathlon, center x, Midas +, x-act, rws r-50.
 
Over 3,100 rounds on the TS Customs rifle with the Zermatt Arms RimX, which I've never cleaned... and it finally experienced its first malfunction today. I had a case that didn't eject completely. It stayed in the action and got jammed up as the next round fed into the chamber. Pretty stellar performance. 100% feeding, extraction, ejection up until today's failure to eject. I estimate it happened around 3,145rnds. Upon inspection, the tensioner and bolt face were completely caked with rimfire goo. When I say I didn't clean the action, I also need to add that I didn't lubricate it.

Whatever it showed up with, is how I ran it.

I stripped the bolt down to its core components today, and I'm happy to say it was a very easy job. I used a hex wrench for the set screws in the cocking piece and extractor, otherwise no additional tools were required to completely tear down the bolt. Phenomenal design by Zermatt. It's all back together with fresh lube, so we'll see how many more thousand rounds I can get before a malfunction occurs.

I've only had the rifle for 17 days, so I hope to have a solid 20k rounds through it before we get through the summer. It is performing beyond my wildest expectations so far. I haven't cleaned the barrel, and it's still shooting in the 0's, 1's and 2's. Lot tested over a dozen different lots of R50 earlier today. Sixty individual 5-shot groups, and the rifle is so forgiving that all those groups maintained an average in the low .3's. These TS Customs rimfire rifles clearly share their forgiveness with their centerfire counterparts!

Did an Instagram Live session today with the TS Customs RimX that I've been shooting. Roughly 350 rounds fired in less than 45 minutes, with 58 individual 5 shot groups and a couple 7-10 shot groups... and several insects killed. Plenty of magazine loading and blabbing too. ;) Here are the targets from that stream. Avg group size of 0.265". Barrel is approaching or just passed 4,000 rounds and have not cleaned it yet.
