The first pic below is what I brought home with me. It was a truck gun from Montana, and I was tasked with fixing it up. The condition and cause has been discussed in a previous thread here:

I built a new stock for it, replaced the barrel with a fluted Krieger 12 twist stainless barrel, chambered in 22-250. I haven't shot it yet as the weather has been just crappy, but I believe it will shoot well.
The stock is a laminated Walnut thumbhole of my own design. I set the action back towards the thumbhole so the grip and reach for the trigger is natural.
