Trigger Tech customer service

Had a TT Special in a factory REM 700 that the safety stuck on and would not fire.
email in to them and they sent shipping label and I had a brand new trigger in the mail box in a week. Tracking showed they shipped the new trigger the same day I put the old one in the mail.

I had a similar issue about a year ago, could not get the safety to engage. Same experience with their customer service and I haven't had any issues with the replacement trigger.

I got the trigger about 16 months ago and hadn’t used it much at all.

I had around 400 pulls on the trigger when it had the issue. The replacement has around 800 now with no issues. Mine is also the Special in a Rem 700 clone.
 
I had some minor "issues" with a diamond I had. I told them it really wasn't a big deal and that I'd see if it happened again. They said send it back for piece of mind. I had a new one fast. I was impressed with my experience.
 
I have a Diamond with over 1000 rounds fired by it, no issues. I also have a Primary with 400 plus on it and no issues. I hope they remain this way, if not I'm 100% sure Trigger Tech will take care of them.
 
I ordered a couple on Black Friday. Everything went through fine, good communication. The informed me I would get them when the got more built and honor the price. No problem as it was for a build I was planning anyway, no hurry. Time went by, notification that it had shipped, got hung up at the boarder. I waited, then waited some more. I notified them it was hung up and wanted them to know. I agreed to wait some more and they checked it from their end. Fine fellow on their end told me he would send two more at no charge to me, but I had to agree to notify them if the first two showed up.
I told him I would one up that and if all four came to me I would pay for two more. I ended up with two, dunno what became of the first two.
