I tried some h4350 in my 12twist dasher today just for being to lazy to empty out my chargemaster. So here's the data.
19 7/8" Kreiger 12 twist
Norma dasher .040 freebore Norma brass br4 primer. 38gr of h4350 filled the case to the brim, did not try to vibrate it any. 35gr filled it to base of neck.
87Vmax( which did not even try to stabilize!)
34.5gr h4350 2789fps only had 2 shots through crony both exact same fps.
35gr 2810fps ave of 3
75gr oddball bullet
35gr 2718fps ave of 3
36gr 2798fps. Ave of 3
I dont know what velocity Dashers normally achieve in 20 in tubes. None of these loads had any pressure signs, as expected.
Anyway there is some data use it if you can. I think I will try again and see how much I can get stuffed under a bullet.
