It getting the same way here in Fly over Oregon. I call it Colonizing . They Fence in every foot of there land , dogs need the space you know.

Several of the old farms in my area have been taken over by horse farms owners pouring in mega dollars to erect corals, barns, etc. Even in their hay fields, they do not allow any hunting whatsoever - even ground hogs or predators.
