I am certain that all the "online" stores that sell powder, have already stocked-up. What I bet is that they HAVE the powders, which were bought way before Tariff. What maked me, and other reloaders mad, these Dealers will make a "windfall" profit, at our expense by marking-up prices on already in-stock items.

All US made rifle powders come from St. Marks and are ball types. In fact, the sole imported ball type grades are Ramshot (made in Belgium).

Add Shooters World Czech made ball powders to Ramshot. (SW Blackout, AR-Plus, and Match Rifle)
