Just bought a NTFC scope and want to mount it properly, So my question is what brand of torque screwdriver do most gunsmiths use? Thank you in advance for your recommendations.

If money is important you can usually find Utica's on EBay new in box but outdated cert.'s for $25-50. TS-35 is a good gunsmith's tool. Hope this helps.
