Torque for rings/base

My T-36 just arrived and I am about to mount it. I have never even considered the importance of proper torque when mounting rings and bases. Can someone help my with the proper torque specifications?

Base Screws - 30 inch-lbs.
Windage Screws - 30-40 inch lbs.
Ring Screws - aluminum rings - 10-15 inch lbs.
Ring Screws - steel rings - 15-20 inch lbs.
