top engine cleaner

hi, there i,am from england . i see lot of you lads use top engine cleaner to get rid carbon in the bore .
i,ve tried to get it over here nobodies heard of it,
can you tell me how you use this stuff in a engine because they
might be something the same over here i can use .
i,ve never seen it advertised on any accessory i,ve been on
in the states .

It is a product put out by General Motors. The part # is 1050002. You should be able to research it on the internet. It has been banned for use in Calif. My last trip to Nevada I bought 3 cans.
