We had an incident here in our rural area yesterday that could have gone very bad. This culminated about three miles from our farm. Our Sherrif's Department and the neighboring County Department, along with the State Patrol did a superb job of keeping our citizenry safe. While my wife and her sister were discussing it on the phone today, her sister said that there were just "too many guns" on the scene. I can't figure out what some people want. I say Bravo for our law enforcement. I'm sure many of you put up with a large criminal element daily. We currently do not and I surely hope it doesn't come to us in the future.
