Good day. Jimmymacs target stamp idea is great. I had one made up a couple years ago to suit my needs for Airguns. My local Copy Rite Shop did it in 3 days, good for 50,000 stamps, free refill.
A couple of notes on Burris Signature rings to know. The 20 inserts are not available for 30 mm tubes but are for 34mm, not sure on 1 inch. The closer your rings are together the more adjustment you will get from a given insert. For airgunners it's not only the thump of the piston/spring that is hard on scopes but also the spring vibration which the inserts help minimize. If your rifle has dovetails and has stop holes be sure to get a Weaver or picatinnyrail with a stop pin. I use these rings on All guns to keep the internal adjustments close to the center of their travel range. When setting these rings up just remember one thing. Point the front of your scope using the inserts to where your group is forming which will move your impact in the opposite direction.
