TL3 barrel to CDG, Gunsmith needed.

I have a low round count Hawk Hill barrel cut for a TL3 action. I'd like to have it recut for an ARC CDG action. The rub is I'd like not have the stub cut off and lose length in the process(keeping the same caliber 308 Win). I understand the setup challenges involved. Measurement and using someone else's previous work as a starting point.

Does anyone have a reccomendation for a gunsmith willing to do this kind of work?

If I recall correctly, the ARC tenon is a larger diameter and finer thread than the TL3. If that's the case, you will have to cut off the entire tenon and do a set back on the chamber. That's a lot of work and cost. It might be best to sell the old one since Tikka's are pre-fit compatible and get a new blank for the ARC.

Looks to me like the tenon on your barrel just needs .013" more depth then the chamber touched uo the appropriate amount. But I am not a gunsmith. It should be easy enough to do. I would think..
TL3 tenon length .800"
CDG tenon .813"
