My Ej-123 which was four years old and has been rock solid albeit slow started acting up drifting and not holding zero. I called A&E and went through a few things and had me send it in. A week or so later I was informed that yes indeed it had some issues.
They shipped me a brand new EJ-123 which surprisingly had an issue as it would not zero. Thankfully I videoed it so they could see it. Sent it back in and yes, it had issues and I talked to the service manager.
He had them send me a FX-300i. Compared to the EJ-123 this thing is lightning fast.
The point I wanted to get across is. A&D WILL in fact take care of their customers and they do in fact stand behind their warranty.
