Tikka Vertical Grip

Gents,
I've got a Tikka Lite 22-250. I'm thinking of purchasing one of Tikkas add-on vertical grips. One is a "soft touch" ($40) the other isn't and it's $20.00. I don't mind the extra money but I want to buy the best one 1x.

I have the regular one. Didn't know there's a soft touch option. Regular feels the same as factory grip just a different angle (much better). I would think it would just be a personal preference but no problem with the regular.
