SOLD Tikka Mt Tactical Rail/Anarchy handle

Excellent condition Mt Tactical 0 MOA Rail with recoil lug and screws. I’m 99% sure the threaded handle is from Anarchy Arms. The carbon fiber ball is either from them or Lumley. Handle is in excellent condition. A couple minor safe marks on the ball.
