Its fairly common for T3s to have long throats, lands being longer then mag length, not uncommon for a lot of factory rifles.
then be glad you have'nt bought one of they're long action models beause many of them have the same issue but it's not such an easy fix.

Good point about long actions. Got the 120 TTSX and Varget to consistently shoot around 1/2" Not too shabby for a youth rifle. My 9 year old definitely needed this level of precision to shoot deer at 75 yards . New M+ magazine worked perfectly for 120BT and 120TTSX.
