Tika action threads

Are the threads on a newer style tika action standard or metric. If standard what size threads 1in 16 1 in 18 ? thanks very much garvel

tikka and sako have nasty habit of using doing both ! metric fit he European markets and English thread's for u.s.a market?

but they seem to ship ethere if they have Short fall on order's
or may be it Grey imports?

may advice would be to buy a set pitch guages, you need to sets one in metric and on in 60deg thread per inch )they are 5 or 6 $ a set

You may find the same problem with the holes taped for the scope mounts, if the action thread is metric then the holes may be metric. Found this out when a mate and myself had tapered mounts made, one was metric the other imperial.
