Tight chamber

O have a new F- class 7wsm with a .314 neck. Pardon my supposition but .314 minus .284 is .030 or .015 to the side , co I correct I need to turn to .014 neck thickness withch will give me .002 , is that correct ? Thanks JVON

That is correct, but I would suggest a minimum of .004" clearance.

+1 I use .004-.005 diametral clearance in 7mm and caliber .30.

Total clearance from a loaded round neck diameter to the chamber neck diameter. My .300 WSM chamber is Ø.337" and the loaded round is ~Ø.3322-Ø.3324".
 
+2 on the 4 to 5 thou. clearance on the loaded round. I know one guy runs 8 thou. and does very well.But I think the brass gets a little over worked there.
