Thumbs up for TriggerTech customer service

I’ve been shooting TriggerTech Diamond triggers for a few months now and I had one of them with a very minor issue so I gave them a call. As would be expected with good customer service they offered to have me send the trigger in and they would repair or replace it at no cost but I explained that it was on one of my two guns that are going to SWN in a couple weeks so that would be tough to do. They went ahead and expedited a new trigger to me while I sent the other one in. That way I wasn’t without a trigger and they could take their time looking at the other one. I really appreciate them going above and beyond for me with a big match coming up.

FWIW I’ve also had excellent service with Bix’N Andy as well but this was my first interaction with TT and I thought they were great.

Great to hear! I have several of the Trigger Tech Diamonds and they have been very nice as well as rugged & reliable. Good luck at the SWN's btw!!

Always good when someone takes the time to highlight the companies doing good by their customers. Everyone likes to get vocal when stuff doesn't go their way. Good on you for pointing out your positive experience.

Curious what the issue was. I've been looking at them.
I have their Special trigger. The safety became inoperable because the lever kept getting harder to apply. The last time I tried to disengage it I almost had to use pliers. As stated before they had a new one on the way to me before I even sent in the old one. I would definitely buy another from them.

I have a couple of the Diamonds and this one in particular was just failing to cock maybe 1 out of every forty or fifty rounds. I could recock it no problem and it never affected the use of the trigger but I just wanted to get it resolved. They time differently than other triggers so whereas it may have been a sear engagement adjustment on a B&A, the diamond is basically pre-timed and the lower adjustment screw is for pull weight only and doesn’t affect sear engagement. In the end no a huge deal as I said but I’d like it to be a zero deal so I’m getting it fixed. Stuff happens, no product is perfect, but how it’s resolved means everything to me.

I got the Special also for a 700 sps 6.5 CM that had a pitiful excuse for a trigger...after a few cycles of the safety it locked up also...
The one they replaced it with is superb,,the waybit breaks at 20 ounces feels better to me than a Jewel set at a pound..
I really like the Special on a hunting rifle.
