Throating Reamer Diameter

Hello Everyone

Im looking to order a chamber reamer that will have a short freebore built into it so I can have the flexibility to chamber shorter hunting type bullets and then also chamber long target rounds with the same reamer.

When I order a separate throating reamer is there a standard diameter that they are made to? Or am I able to specify what I would like my freebore diameter to be? (0.309" freebore diameter for a 0.308)

My guess is each company has their own standard diameter. I think most of my Manson throaters are +.001. JGS and PTG may be different. Just ask the reamer maker.
