Swarofski 15 x 56 are my personal favorite. Sorry, not what you asked for. A friend has a Vortex HD spotted and it was not too bad for the money. Not great but serviceable.

The have nice glass.
Cant put my finger on it, but ive never looked thru anything made by Vortex in any price range and been blown away by the optics compared to its peers of rhe same price point.
