I just rec'd a new 1710D HB Anschutz .22LR rifle. I narrowed my CZ collection to one, I kept the 457 VPT it's a good shooter. I only shoot from the bench, so I need to do some trigger work on the Anny. Waiting on a bore guide so I can clean and lube it before I go to the range.

Fired about 50 rds this morning and it ejected every one, but they were inconsistent in the way they left the chamber. My CZ put every round in the same place.

Never seen an Annie that didn't shoot good. I sure love my Mod 54. It was built in 1958 and is very competitive. Ragged one holes are the norm.

My 1712 seems to eject straight up, a lot of them will end up back in the bolt opening where they have to be fished out.
