Heading to Ocean City, MD tomorrow to spend a few days with my daughter/huband/grandkids. When ever I see those Sea Pidgeons I wish I could shoot them with my 10/22 on the wing of course! Maryland/Feds please change your laws!
Alka-SeltzerWe always called seagulls, " welfare pigeons" they'll grab anything you throw at them.
I just got back from a dive trip to Bonaire...we had a nice resort with a tiki style place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in between dives...they were the sneakiest seagulls I have ever run up against. It was a buffet setup and if you got a plate first and then went for your drink you would come back to an empty plate and these things were stealthy...they didn't make any noise doing it, they just swooped down and ate and left. Not a one in sight when you sit your plate down, but they had to be watching from someplace.
It is funny to see a seagull flying away with an entire pancake in his beak...until you realize it was your pancake!!!
