I'll get asked, "what's your cell phone number"? Good question . I DON'T KNOW!! I havn't turned it on in over a month.
Got new phones cause the old ones wouldn't work anymore. Some kind on "G" crap that got updated. Wouldn't work from my house. NOW, I can sit at the PC and talk on the phone as needed.
Don't remember HOW MANY folks would stop and ask to use my Land Line cause of the black hole in my area.
Last I remember, both of our flip phones had something like 5000 minutes on them when I shut them off.
Only time they got used was if we were traveling home from eldest daughters house 2.5 hours away on a holiday, the wife would use hers to call youngest daughter in Minnesota and say Hi.
The only time mine gets turned on is if I am expecting to get a call or am calling somebody, which isn't very often.
Cops check MY phone to see who I am talking to?

My phone goes with me wherever I go, just in case. May not turn it on but it's there if needed.
Don't you just LOVE folks talking on the phone while grocery shopping?
I DON'T NEED TO KNOW YOU'RE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO BUY GROCERIES BY YOURSELF!! Hang up and SHOP!!
Thinking cell phones just show folks how STUPID society has gotten.

Remember the "CALLING CARDS"? Road trip, ended up in butt crack U.S.A. early one Sunday morning. Figured it best to call sister and have her call the girls and tell them we were OUT OF TOWN. Tried calling card and all I got was "what's your pin#".
???? Finally went in a gas station and got a bunch of change to use the "pay phone". Remember those?
Got home and decided maybe we should get a cell phone just in case, Was told Calling Cards went out with the covered wagons cause the cost something like a dollar a minute.
Trac Phone, $105.00 a year, done deal. Double card gets me more minutes that I'll ever use. Remember the 5000 minutes remaining on our old phones?
