I flew around the world several times to seventeen countries with one or two Barrett 50's in checked baggage back in the eighties. All that is out of my system. [br]
These days, I will go no farther than a comfortable two day drive and will not fly or ship my rifles. So, that limits me to Raton or Sacramento. Really, one day is much better. Fortunately, that covers Phoenix and Coalinga. As you know, that is the week after the Nationals and one week before the California Long Range Championship. Even if disposed to attend, it would still be a scramble. Thanks for the thought, however. [br]
Regardless, an event of this caliber at your new facility should be attended by any shooter within (travel) range. Delaware, whose politics often trend toward its southern, rather than northern neighbors, is uniquely situated to attract a large number of eastern shooters. I hope it is fully subscribed.

It can get chilly in the morning, but snow that early in the winter is rare. Plus the 1000 yard firing line is under cover, so just come on up and have some fun.

Attention New Jersey Long Range Shooters;

The Association of New Jersey Rifle & Pistol Clubs, New Jersey's official NRA State Association, has recently agreed to join Delaware, Maryland and New York state associations in providing special awards for their High Residents.

New Jersey will provide awards to the High N.J Resident in F-Open, F-T/R, Service Rifle, Match Rifle and Palma Rifle categories at the Cabela's Mid-Atlantic Long Range Regional.

The flyer for that event has been modified to reflect New Jersey's participation.

A copy of that amended flyer is attached I hope).

$60.00 total for both match days which includes a target puller both days. I think the practice is $10.00. This is a real bargain by any measure.
