5 gun Champion. We also had a team competition. It was won by Tom Jacobs, Richard Schatz and Jason Wolf. Congratulations to all. Thank you and we hope everyone made it home safe. Flint Oaks is probably the nicest venue to hold a match in the states, looking forward to next year,
If your on the fence about shooting this one, just put it in the calendar, you won’t be sorry, great food, awesome bar, sporting clays, skeet, 5 stand, trap, nice rooms, never leave the premises.
And breaking clays at 492 sounds like ez street, until ya been to Kansas
I’m still hoping for 600 yd benchrest matches there!!!!!!!!!!
I’d plan my schedule around those

First time competing and was way more than I expected, everything about this event is amazing!!! Thank you Jim and Sally and everyone involved. And all the new friends made thank you for all your time!!! See you next year folks!!!

It seems like just Thank You is not enough for all the effort put forth by Sally and Jim and everyone else responsible for make this amazing event run as smooth as silk.
And TomE, you are right, the Craig Anderson Kentucky Derby Victory Dance is the crowning jewel to this match.
It alone is worth the price of admission!!!

I don’t think any one brand dominates. Lots of Savages on the line. Remington, Tikka, Bergara, etc. We’ve been shooting a buddy’s Ruger Precision in 6.5 Creedmoor that he “won” off the silent auction table the first year. We’ve done reasonably well with it.
Feel free to give me a shout. I’ve been to all of them. We can use some more Texans.
