To me, the 270 and CM is in the same family. Most likely, brothers.WRONG, WRONG, WRONG......This has been altered from the 6.5 Creedmore post it started as......
And you don't need to join the "man bun club" like you do with the 6.5 Creed.270 doesn't care what you think. It's been whackin' & stackin' since before anyone on this forum started sucking air...
I have a early 70's mdl 70 push feed that loves 47 grs. 4320 and the 150 NBT. It's THE most accurate pure factory gun I own.The .270 sometimes takes a lot of flack from various crowds. But, the truth is with the right load combination you have to go to a magnum case to out perform it if you consider all aspects. I owned several .270 s years back and proved to my shooting circle that particular point. And, with the Nosler 130 gr. 140 gr. and 150 gr. B T s at max. loads with all three bullets I could shoot one of each bullets into a group and cover all three with a dime most of the time with Rem. 700 and Browning A-bolt rifles.
6.8 Western?Real men shoot the 270WSM........
More girth than 6.56.8 Western?
I'm still wearin' my high-and-tight from the 70's and shooting the 6.5 CM. My son-in-law, former Thai special forces, shoots a 6.5 CM very effectively, and he's got a buzz cut. So, man bun not a prerequisite. ***side note- some Thai's do put the cobra venom sack in a bottle of whiskey, but my SIL says it's mostly for show. And you don't need to join the "man bun club" like you do with the 6.5 Creed.
LOL LOL LOL!!I'm a 30 06 fan. But I hunt with a Steyr Mountain Rifle in 270. Before I used that handshake my 270 would become a trotline weight.
