That was easy.....again.

22 BR....1-12 twist on my 1K BAT/ST1000 platform. First time out with this cartridge. Did a little load workup with 2 shot groups in .3 jumps. 52 Berger Varment/Benchmark and 55 Nostler Balastic Tips/Varget.

Found a Node with each and fired 2 five shot groups with each.

Berger 52 @ 3850 with a 9 FPS ES on new brass shot a .19 and a .25 @ 100.
NBT @ 3730 with a 14 FPS ES on new brass....both groups were .35. My FF loads (so to speek) require lots of force to close the bolt (false shoulder) which badly upsets the gun in the bags. Also...wind flags....I don't need no stinkin wind flags!! I am pretty sure these groups could be shrunk some with flags and formed brass. But...no need in my book.

Done.

I was just thinking I need a 22BR pd gun,maybe an XP-100 thinking 12 twist like you have would be awesome.Have you checked out the 53 V-Max
with a b.c. of .295 it is a flat shooter and it hits hard.

I bought a box....never even opened it up. I will tinker with them some time, along with the Berger 60 grain varmint bullet.

I will try them, but it will be with Benchmark....I just bought 8 pounds of it along with 1000 52 Berger varment bullets to get me through most of the summer.
