Listened to a health & fitness expert ramble on about the "bad for you" foods of Thanksgiving. Mashed taters, turkey skin, pumpkin pie, etc, etc and how they should be avoided for a better healthy lifestyle. Just wondering if everyone else listening was laughing in their car as hard as I was.
Of all the horrible ways to die, eating healthy has to be the worst....
