What many Accurate Shooter Forum members probably don't know is that US President Barack Obama visited us mid campaign and threated, yes, threatened, the people of the United Kingdom that if we left the EU, we'd be cast into darkness and should we want a trade deal with the US post Brexit, we'd be at the very back of the queue. Strange word, 'Queue'! As a number of people pointed out, Americans say 'line', so who told Mr. Prez to say 'queue'? Maybe, our own Prime Minister, David Cameron who called the referendum to save his own political skin then has worked tirelessly and dishonestly to get his own people to vote to stay in the failing, undemocratic and corrupt EU.
However, how come a US president came here not to advise us as a friend, not to pass on his great wisdom being the finest American of all time, but to threaten us of dire consequences if we left an organization that has removed around three-quarters of our freedom already and wants to remove 100% in the next few years- an organization that 90% plus of US citizens would reject out of hand should the same President Obama recommend to Americans as their governors, and 100% of this forum members given the latest EU gun control proposals is that replica muzzleloading firearms as used by re-enactment societies should be reclassified the same as self-loading rifles to protect us from terrorists, and basically wants all private ownership of firearms banned. I don't know a single UK shooting person who voted to stay in the EC.
So ... irrespective of how things turn out, please stand by us Brits as 'The Worldwide Establishment' will do everything in its power to crush this unexpected and completely 'mistaken' revolt by us stupid, uninformed, and ignorant British little people. As Bertold Brecht said of 1950s communist East Germany in his poem 'The Solution':
Would it not be easier
In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?
