I called Kelbly's yerterday about two actions I recently purchased [new] online, that for unknown reasons had come w/o action screws. The screws are on their way with an expected arrival Saturday. That is excellent customer service, and greatly appreciated!

Had a similar experience with them recently. I bent a firing pin retention pin while changing the spring recently and they sent me two free of charge in the mail. Great company to do business with IMO.

I've always said that when you buy Kelby , You don't become a "Customer" . You become "Family" , and get adopted . Might be a little over-stated , but not by much . They treat their customers like family .

D-4297, you are correct about the family thing... I've been using Panda actions for 23 years & had them chamber countless barrels for me in that time. Never had any problems, but stopped there once on the way home after a match in which my rifle got drenched. Wiped it off and put it in my case. My wife saw on Facebook that others had rust showing up. Just happened to be stopping at their shop the next day. They stripped the rifle, cleaned the action, barrel & old man Kelbly took my Jewel trigger apart on his desk and cleaned it! When I asked what the damage was, I was told "nada... just routine maintenance!" Super people and great shooters! NONE BETTER!!!!
