While the exterior may show it's age. Until it's hit somewhere well over at least 300,000 rds It's nowhere near worn out.
If it's a MKII, I'd bet it will hold 1 1/2" @ 50 yds with good ammo. I put between 1-3 cases a year for the last 20 years through a 5 1/2" MKII i bought second hand. Bore gets scrubbed out about once a year.
I don't expect a deterioration of accuracy until it hits somewhere around 1/2 a million rounds.
I've only known one 22 pistol that actually got shot out. An avid Bullseye shooter who got his Hi Standard third hand from 2 other avid Bullseye shooters. He had well over 750,000 rounds through it & was still shooting High Master scores with it.
