You might try switching to a powder that has copper fouling eliminator additives, Winchester, Hodgdon or Ramshot.
FWIW, I used a narrow ribbon of masking tape and wrapped it around the body of the camera to help center it in the barrel. Then adjust the mirror further inward to maintain crisp focus. Still amazed at the video quality of this inexpensive borescope.
You can get 5,7,8.3,and 12 mm. side view mirrors to put on the Teslong. Keeps the camera centered in each bore that your scoping. Can't remember $20 or $25 from Teslong.
