I use a product called "Blu Stop" (not Blue Emu) & it helps tremendously. A little pricey. I think it's $19 for the small pump container & $35 for the large size. Works really well for both my wife & I. She's an Orthopedic nurse & a few of the Dr's say it 's great for temporary relief. It's topical & remember to clean off your hands/fingers that you used to rub it in
