This tactical WEATHERmeter allows shooters to capture a complete on-site atmospheric profile including wind speed, wind direction, temperature, pressure, relative humidity, and *density altitude. It integrates seamlessly with ballistics calculator apps like BallisticsARC to provide long-range shooters with a complete atmospheric profile. Bluetooth Smart (BLE) technology allows this weather meter to pair instantly to your mobile device for quick in-field sampling.
This unit uses its own app, which is downloaded to your phone to provide very detailed environmental data by way of a Bluetooth connection. Also works with BallisticsARC, Shooter Ballistics Calculator, and Strelok Pro.

If you use Strelok Pro he provided some info which I linked below. You can still download Strelok Pro with an Android device but is no longer available for download for IOS devices. There are other apps that integrate with the device as mentioned above and on the website

Thank You! I do my shooting at live targets here in SW Idaho. Rockchucks mostly, and every Coyote I come across. Unmarked yardages. Mostly moving to add to the challenge.
This is similar to a Kestrel...?

The Tempest Weathermeter gathers weather information as described above. It does not have a ballistics calculator like a Kestrel, but it can hook into a ballistics calculator such as BallisticsARC, Shooter Ballistics Calculator, and Strelok Pro. Hope that answers your questions.
