yeah.. at the place i linked.. it would cost you only 4.56 for those same 12 (A33) targetsI get mine from Pistoleer.com
A51 is 50 yard target - $6.81 for 12
A33 is the 100 yard target - $11.85 for 12
LRS is the Palma target - $12.44 for 12
The Palma has three sighting bulls and 3 scoring bulls all on same target.
At our range we could not see bullet holes at 100 yards. Under a cover with black dirt as a backstop. So we used 3" Shoot-N-C. Same size scoring rings as A33. We put a Shoot-N-C on a 8-1/2x11 sheet of paper to get rough zero then went to main LRS targets with Shoot-N-C centers.
I only saw 250 quantity listed.yeah.. at the place i linked.. it would cost you only 4.56 for those same 12 (A33) targets
2.88 for 12 of the A51's.. just a thought ya know
Rod, Canberra Rifle club are shooting 100 and 200 metre Rimfire F Class each month on a Satuday morning. They are using paper targets. Contact them. Cheers RobHere's the A33 rings out to 6 on 8.5 x 11 with white background.
Great option for an unsanctioned match if everybody is a decent shooter with a scope. Easier to spot hits on the white.
btw - The A33 has no x ring.
Xs are anything entirely within the 10.

that's too bad..I only saw 250 quantity listed.
We only needed a few to try out the match.
Matches did not take off. We have scratched the idea.
Yes, it would be best if we all drift towards using the same targets so if they have it up and running well, we may as well go with theirs for pulled targets.Rod, Canberra Rifle club are shooting 100 and 200 metre Rimfire F Class each month on a Satuday morning. Standard Smallbore(f or sling) is 10 shots per a33 bull. 5 shots on the 50 yard/meter bulls.Yes, it would be best if we all drift towards using the same targets so if they have it up and running well, we may as well go with theirs for pulled targets.
I am wondering though about the ranges which dont have target pits, such as the numerous 100-200yd BR ranges. Do they use a bank of multiple bullseye targets with one shot on each?
The use of clear overlays have allowed accurate scoring of smallbore targets for decades and have very accurate results. The backers also allow further confirmation on the location of each shot fired, even when a group of 3 or more shots is present.Standard Smallbore(f or sling) is 10 shots per a33 bull. 5 shots on the 50 yard/meter bulls.
This can definitely create situations where score and/or x-count are little more than a guess based on two or three ragged holes.
I've shot with backers but they were used by the official scorers if at all. I was happy to have the volunteer scorers and just take their word for my score. The use of clear overlays have allowed accurate scoring of smallbore targets for decades and have very accurate results. Not sure how they would score for F class with these targets though. Would the scorer be able to accurately score each shot on the score card? The use of clear overlays have allowed accurate scoring of smallbore targets for decades and have very accurate results. Yes, something like this would be good for non pulled targets where one shot goes on each small bulls eye at 100yd.In practice with a scope I solve the problem like this
Not like centerfire pulled, shot by shot, of course not.Not sure how they would score for F class with these targets though. Would the scorer be able to accurately score each shot on the score card?
Problem is that if there is anybody in the match that will be shooting worse than close 8s or anybody using irons you can't use that. If you had 1000 yard size backers you might be able to put up a lot of full-size or close to it bulls.Yes, something like this would be good for non pulled targets where one shot goes on each small bulls eye at 100yd.
