hahaha! I dont feel THAT bad. I bought the 5,000 primers for my 30br. itll take me forever to get through 10,000 primers plus what I already have...better off just building another BR variant. hahaIf you feel real bad you can send them to me.

Dang, thats crazy. That's a lot of money to be throwing out.Exact same thing happened to a friend. Like you he didn't want the 2nd package. Even at a discount.
He was told to keep them as there is no provision to return them.
Apparently they don't learn from their mistakes.
Loaded ammo and primers are not treated the same by UPS or FedEx.I have returned ammunition using a hazmat labeled box. I would think ammunition and primers are the same level of hazmat.
If it were me I would call them again, make specific arrangements one way or the other and then I would sleep at night.
not sure how I was quoted saying that, but that was eagle six. not I. No biggie.Nope. Primers are hazmat. Primers installed in empty cases are not, nor is loaded ammo.
yeah I'm guilty! But learning!!not sure how I was quoted saying that, but that was eagle six. not I. No biggie.
Keep them.So I ordered 5,000 federal 205m primers from Target Sports USA. It had been over a week and the UPS tracking said it was still processing. I emailed them about this, and they said it would be moving by the beginning of next week. Well, Tuesday came around, and my primers got delivered. All is well.
Now for what happened after.
The next day, I got a notification on my phone that UPS was delivering a package. I thought it was odd because I nor the wife ordered anything. The UPS driver knocks on the door. I open it, and he hands me a package. I sign and bring it in. Open it up and in the box are 5,000 more 205m primers. I opened the boxes, and I was in shock.
So I called Target Sports USA and told them what happened. The women asked if I had opened both boxes. I said yes. They asked if I wanted them at a discount price. I told them no. I couldn't afford it at the moment id rather just send em back. Women said she would get back to me about shipping, and took my info. She never did get back to me, and that was like 3 weeks ago, and the card was never charged again.
What would you do in this situation? From what I read, hazmat that has been opened can't be returned.
Maybe when I get some money I can send them a check or have them charge my card again.
not sure how I was quoted saying that, but that was eagle six. not I. No biggie.
