NRA, SCI and a few other alphabet organizations got some of this suspended after last year's debacle with shipping firearms and ammo out of the country for hunting trips. I WOULD NOT adhere to anything on the internet, regardless if it's on an official website or not. I would advise speaking with a travel agency that specializes in foreign hunting trips. They will have the LATEST info, which can change on a moment's notice. When you have clients spending upwards of six figures for hunting trips, you can be certain these agencies will make sure you don't run afoul of the law at your departure, any points in between and your final destination point and the returning flights.
