Unknown maker, but good quality looking bore, 6mm, 9.75twist, 8 groove, SS, 26 3/8”, similar to a HV contour (1.185” for 6”, straight taper to .950 @ 26 3/8”), threaded for Lawton M7000 (1.062-16 x 1.165” long), chambered in 6BR, unknown rd count, 5-600 best guess ( I put 150 through it, previous owner said he shot 3-400). Cutting off entire existing tennon would remove virtually the entire chamber.

Your telling that the chamber section is 1.185

Yes, the breech end is 1.188” actually for a little over 6”. If the existing thread tennon was completely cut off the remaining straight section would still be about 5” long and the existing chamber would be almost completely removed.
