I think most composite stock makers will inlet any stock for the BAT action,providing the action will fit without weakening the stock)
I have made a tactical repeater using a BAT RS action, it dropped easily into a Manners T4a that was inletted for a Rem 700 s/a with minimal milling.
Probably best to consult with the manufacturer of choice to see if its technically possible with the action you have in mind.
